Processing time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information as soon as it ships.
Delivery time

- Canada: 5-9 business days after processing
- United Kingdom: 7-12 business days after processing
- Australia: 7-14 business days after processing
Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase, and may vary depending on your exact location and local carrier conditions.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@norvew.com.
Shipping delays Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to weather, customs processing, or high order volume. We'll do our best to communicate any known delays as soon as we're aware of them.
